Booking policies.
These apply to reservations made directly with us. Bookings made through another site follow the policy shown there.
Rates, deposits and cancellation
Each rate has its own deposit and cancellation terms. You'll see them before you book, and they're repeated in your confirmation email. Those terms are the ones that apply to your stay.
Group bookings of several casitas and events are confirmed in writing with their own terms.
Changes
To change or cancel a reservation, use the link in your confirmation email or write to reservations@stayserenocanyon.com with your name and confirmation number. Times are counted in Arizona time.
